Combination discount

If you choose to book a newborn, 6 month & 1 year photoshoot as a package, $25 will be taken off of each shoot.

Payment

All payments must be made at the time of the scheduled shoot. You will not receive your photos until all payments are made. Payments must be paid in either cash or check (written out to Bailey Sturgeon Photography)


Props

I have a huge bag full of different blankets, furs, wraps, bowls, baskets, etc. that I will bring with me so please don’t feel like you have to go out and buy anything special. BUT, I love personalizing shoots, so feel free to supply your own blankets, wraps, hats, headbands, signs, etc.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLING

Living in the Midwest, weather can cause problems, so I will keep my eye on the forecast the week of your shoot and if it looks like we need to reschedule, I will contact you and we can set a new day for your session.

If a special situation or illness prevents you from making your photo shoot, please contact me 24 hours before your shoot so arrangements and a rescheduled shoot can be made.

Receiving
your images

  • When I am done editing your images, I will email you a link to all of the edited proofs along with a PIN number. You will need this number to download the pictures to your computer. This makes it incredibly easy to share your images with your family and print them off wherever you would like.

  • Your images will be available online for 3 months before they are removed to make room for other shoots. I recommend downloading them immediately and backing them somewhere online (Google Photos, iCloud, Dropbox) or on a removable hard drive.

  • When I give you your images, I give you full rights to them. This means that you can share them on social media and print them as many times as you would like. All I ask is that you kindly give me photo credit by putting my name or website in the description.
