Silver Collection | $4,000

  • 8-9 hour coverage time

Gold Collection | $4,500

  • 10-11 hour coverage time

* This package is best for weddings where we will be traveling to multiple locations. Coverage from makeup & getting ready to the dancing portion of the reception

* Prices are based on travel within 60 miles in any direction from Fremont, NE. Please inquire for additional time or locations, I LOVE TO TRAVEL! I am currently offering a special package for those of you going somewhere AMAZING for your special day! Hit. Me. Up. My passport and suitcase are always itching to go somewhere new! All payments must be made by the day of the scheduled session.

Making payments

Down Payment

I require a down payment of $1000 to save your date. If you cancel my photography services, you will lose this deposit.

Final Payments

The remainder of the payment must be paid by the day of the wedding. You will not receive the images or a preview until final payment has been made.

Methods of payment

Payments must be paid in either cash or check. (Written out to Bailey Sturgeon Photography). If a check is returned, there will be an additional $25 fee. You will not receive the images or a preview until final payment has been made and checks have cleared.

Travel

I charge $25 per hour of driving. If a flight is required to get to the place of your wedding, I do require that the client purchases my plane ticket as well as pay for 2 nights at a hotel for the night before and after the wedding.

Receiving
your images

  • When I am done editing your images, I will email you a link to all of the edited proofs along with a PIN number. You will need this number to download the pictures to your computer. This makes it incredibly easy to share your images with your family and print them off wherever you would like.

  • Your images will be available online for 3 months before they are removed to make room for other shoots. I recommend downloading them immediately and backing them somewhere online (Google Photos, iCloud, Dropbox) or on a removable hard drive.

  • I keep your images on file for one year and then I will no longer have them.

  • When I give you your images, I give you full rights to them. This means that you can share them on social media and print them as many times as you would like. All I ask is that you kindly give me photo credit by putting my name or website in the description.
